Carleen and Bill are lifetime residents of the City of Oshkosh. They are familiar with all areas of the city and what Oshkosh has to offer. They specialize in first time home buyers and sellers with special expertise in character homes and unique properties.

The Christiansons are avid boaters, bicyclists and love to hike and enjoy the outdoors especially gardening.

Carleen was in child care for 14 years and is the owner and designer for by Carleen Floral Designs. Bill was a teacher for the Oshkosh Public Schools and maintains close contact with the school system and is knowledgable of all the schools in the district. He recently retired from the Army Reserve after 29 years of active and reserve service.
