Pat Schumerth GRI

I have been a full time sales associate at Coldwell Banker Schwab Realty, Ltd. since 1977.  My husband, Mike, is a retired dentist.  We have 3 children who attended St. Peter's Grade School, Lourdes High School and the University of  Notre Dame.  We have 6 grandsons!  I am a life long resident of Oshkosh.  I have a GRI designation (Graduate Realtors Institute).  Most of my business comes from satisfied buyers and sellers who give my name to their friends, or are repeat business!  I enjoy gardening, walking, reading and biking.  One of the nicest things about being a real estate sales person is all the nice people I have met and gotten to know!  I enjoy the real estate business, and will be happy to help you whether you are buying or selling!
