A lifelong Oshkosh resident and having lived on or near the waters of Lake Winnebago since 1966, gives Bob a unique perspective on buying or selling water homes. In addition to water properties, Bob can help buyers and sellers in all kinds of residential real estate.

For 22 years, Bob owned his own international marketing company, gaining experience in working with banks, contract negotiating, market strategy, and customer service.

Over 27 years ago, Bob married his highschool sweetheart, Melodi, and they have two children in the Oshkosh schools.

Bob holds a Marketing Degree from the University of Denver (BSBA) and holds many Real Estate designations such as his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and he is a Graduate from the Realtor Institute (GRI). Plus, Bob was the first area realtor to use Virtual Tours for all his listings.
